Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 9 amβ5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (561) 967-0476. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, palmbeachperio.com.

Wow, itβs going to be hard to fit all of the good things about Dr. Leyva and her office into one review, but here goes! First, all the staff is incredibly helpful and empathetic. They supported my physical and emotional health through this whole process. I was nervous! I have been needing a gum graft for years and with the financing available at Dr. Leyvaβs office, I was finally able to get it. I had some anxiety about the procedure, and I called the office a million times, and Nadine and Laqoia were always friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and calmed all my fears. The actual surgery went great and has healed nicely. It's been a few weeks and I'm feeling good. Halley was super supportive during the surgery and at my follow Up appointments. The whole office is fantastic. I canβt say enough positive things about Dr. Leyva ( a truly wonderful person) and her staff.

Dear Dr. Leyva and Team, I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful care I always receive during my visits. Your front desk staff, including Lacoia and Nadine, your dental team, as well as Wendy and the hygienist, Amanda, are always friendly, professional, and thorough. Amanda is particularly professional and gentle, making me look forward to my appointments! Thank you for maintaining such a positive environment.

Iβm incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received at this office. A few months ago, I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Leyva, a genuinely kind and caring doctor. However, I was unable to assist her assistant, Julie, who was the rudest and most arrogant person Iβve ever encountered. I explained to her that I was facing financial difficulties and was unable to afford to attend to my dental needs. I understand the challenges faced by dentists in the current economic climate, but Iβm a retired individual who relies on social benefits and cannot afford a treatment plan exceeding $10,000. Julieβs response was dismissive and condescending. She told me that I would face the same prices at any other dental office, which was simply not true. Iβm deeply frustrated by the lack of respect shown to elderly patients at this office. The treatment coordinator was equally unprofessional and disrespectful.

Cindy, Wendy and Dr. Leva are amazing. I had a dental emergency and even though I am not their patient, as a professional courtesy to my dentist, they took care of me almost immediately. I was greeted with a pleasant Office environment, friendly and competent staff and a very gracious and caring team. I highly recommend them. Dental issues can create anxiety,, but this practice will make you feel calm and confident that youβve made the right choice.
